Rising Sun Energy Center trains Bay Area adults in energy efficiency, providing them with valuable skills for the construction and home performance sectors.
Our entry level course is an energy efficiency technical training program called Green Energy Training Services (GETS). GETS trainees are individuals from low-income neighborhoods who face barriers to employment. The course develops skills that provide participants a foundation for meaningful employment. It is monitored by industry and government stakeholders to ensure that graduates have the necessary skills to meet today's standards.
