Limited-Time Rebate:
Up
to 60% off Attic Insulation
Call
us for a free home inspection, to see if you qualify.
Available to PG&E clients located in the East Bay Area,
while program funds last.
According to the U.S. Department of Energy, up to 40% of your
home's energy can escape through an attic.
Many homes, especially older ones,
have too little insulation in their attic to prevent energy leakage, and some homes have no insulation at all.
Installing modern
cellulose insulation can make a big improvement in the
overall comfort of your home, and greatly reduce your utility
bills. In most cases, the
new insulation is blown right over your existing
insulation.

Pricing
Funding is provided through our partnership with the East Bay
Energy Watch, a program funded through the California Public
Utilities Commission. If you meet the criteria to receive
the subsidy, then
homeowner's co-pay is only $0.50/square foot for cellulose attic
insulation!!!
Sample cost: 1,000
square foot attic = $500 customer cost
Note: Some older homes require extra work in order to comply
with installation codes. The .50/square foot price does
not include any special and/or additional work that may be required
to insulate your specific attic. For example, extra fees
apply for installing extra attic vents or getting a licensed
electrician to inspect old knob-and-tube wiring. Please
call us if you have any questions.
