Energy
Partners Program
 The
Energy Partners Program provides qualified low-income customers
free weatherization measures and energy efficient appliances
to reduce gas and electricity usage.
Weatherization measures may include caulking,
weather stripping, attic insulation, compact fluorescent lamps
and minor home repairs. Free energy-efficient appliances
may include refrigerators and air conditioners. For more

We can also enroll residents in the CARE program
which offers a 20% discount on monthly gas and electric charges. The
application form for CARE may be found here.
Both owners and renters may qualify for the CARE or Energy Partners
Program.
The Energy Partners Program is offered in Berkeley, Albany,
North Oakland, Emeryville, Richmond, and other cities in Contra
Costa County.
